The Head office is at No. 15 Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja Lagos.

The company is presently engaged in importation of computer hardware and software, computer installation, computer networking and maintenance and our clientele cut across the Government establishment, organizations, schools and individuals. The company also deals in commodities such as rice, salt, fertilizer, urea and milk.

The company wishes to diversify its activities to meet present challenges in law administration and judiciary solutions.

At the Apex of Volume Systems and Communications Limited is a Board of Directors which is chaired by the Chairman. The Board lay down the General Policy Guideline of the company, the direction it wants to pursue its businesses.

The Chief Executive Officer reports directly to the Board the activities of the company in compliance with the set down objectives and General guide lines.

In order to inject strict discipline into the business, the Board members of the company holds Executive committee meeting with the CEO and other management staff of the company periodically. This is with a view to reviewing the company's activities during the period, X-ray the operating environment project in the short and long term set target of the management.
