Wetlands Wailer Low-bush Blueberry version
The low-bush blueberry version is designed to cover over 30 acres of blueberries, without using cables and remote speakers. We suggest that the unit be covered in camouflage netting to protect it from unwanted attention.
Below is a Phoenix Wetlands Wailer Low-bush Blueberry version operating in a 40+ acre blueberry field owned by Joe Slack, Portapique, Nova Scotia, Canada to deter gulls. (Note the portability and the security cage created by the owner.)
The Water Garden has remained practically bird free for nearly three months. The impact has been incredible. It appears that the key to our problem was to begin the bird control before the birds had become settled for the winter.
